At Brewhaat, your satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the perishable and consumable nature of our coffee products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been shipped.

Non-Returnable Items

All coffee blends and other food items sold on our website are final sale and non-returnable for safety and hygiene reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product. We'll investigate and provide a suitable resolution, such as a replacement or refund if applicable.
